COVID 19 Update:
From Monday 17th May all our classes are back to the studio with an option to zoom in or join on Facebook Live. We will also continue to hold our classes in our garden if the weather is in our favor.
Our outdoor boot camps are now held as a group,
keeping social distancing to stay safe.
Massage & Acupressure, Hypnotherapy, and one-to-one personal training can go ahead indoors.
Class numbers will be smaller and there will be 15 minutes break between classes.
We are following the Government guidelines and have put many safety measures in place
to keep everybody safe.
This is a center for well-being. Your tutors are Marisa and Steve.
Together we have been professional dancers and we both share an extensive lifetime experience and knowledge of dance, movement, posture, stretching and injury rehabilitation. We study continuously to further our extensive knowledge in order to help and support our clients' needs and offer an unprecedented level of expertise.
We want to share this knowledge because we firmly believe that every person can lead a healthier lifestyle with the benefits of exercise, mindfulness and treatments to aid in the recovery from illness and injury and aid in the supporting process in a host of medical conditions, thereby helping to alleviate suffering, both physical and emotional.
It is our goal to make your journey to better health easier. We believe that our approach is successful as we strive to understand every client’s needs. We understand and treat you as an individual with a wide variety of needs – so we want to help you find the right classes, treatment or program, so you can enjoy your journey to better health.
Our PILATES (also pre and post natal), YOGA and TAI CHI classes have no more then 8 students per class, so you are guaranteed to get lots of individual attention. As a result you will benefit from better posture, reduced aches and pains and a thorough understanding of your physical body.
FITSTEPS is a dance class based on latin and ballroom, but you do not need a partner. It is great fun and also burns off the calories.
PERSONAL TRAINING doesn't not have to be in a GYM! Choose 1-1, Couples, or Groups Training.
