Suitable for LADIES and GENTLEMEN that feel somewhat deconditioned and want to lose some belly-fat, get fitter, eat/drink less crap, lead a healthier lifestyle and have FUN.
You will get measured and analysed (height, weight, waist to hip ratio, bmi, fat %, blood pressure)
to assess where you are NOW and where you REALLY WANT TO BE.
The Monday session is a calmer indoor session where we look at postural problems,take care of any injuries you might have had, finetune your movements so you are safe to perform the harder exercises on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will also stretch a lot, because tight muscles always take over, causing problems in the postural chain.
Wednesdays and Fridays will be Bootcamp style sessions, all outdoors, in all weather.
Don't worry if Bootcamp scares you, you will start working at the level that is appropriate for you.
All exercises will be shown from easiest to hardest level, and we make sure that you work at a level that suits you, and you can safely progress from there.
Each new participant is required to do a BODY MOT before you can start. This is to make sure you work at the right level and are aware of postural and medical issues. We will also take your measurements.
BODY MOT for Bootcamp Warriors is approximately 1 hour and costs £35 (normally £69).
The Bootcamp sessions are booked and paid for in advance in BLOCKS of between 6 to 9 weeks, (depending on the calendar). Each week (3 sessions) costs £13.00, so a block of 6 sessions, for example, will cost £78.00.
However, if you are just starting with us, you can start part way through a block and just pay from when you start. Thereafter the class blocks are always paid in full.
