Fitness that's 'Strictly Fun

FitSteps is the dream child of two of Britain’s most well-known ballroom dancers, Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe, most famed for their performances on Strictly Come Dancing, and Olympic athlete Mark Foster. They created FitSteps as a dance fitness class, designed to incorporate the moves from twelve of the most popular Latin and Ballroom dances into an energetic and up-tempo exercise class that will get you fit.

"Great Fun, a smile on your face and Exercise too. What more can you ask for?"

Steve and Marisa recommend FitSteps to anyone looking to work out in style. Everyone has a secret inner dancer! Whoever said exercise can’t be fun has clearly not tried FitSteps. Where else do you get to twirl extravagantly, throw your arms dramatically out to the sides and and tone up the wobbly bits.

Cost and Structure:

For FitSteps you join a small group class of no more than eight students.

Initially, you can do one taster class to see if you like it and just pay £8 on the day. Thereafter these classes are booked and paid for in advance in BLOCKS of between 6 to 9 weeks, (depending on the calendar). Each session costs £ 8, so a block of 8 sessions, for example, will cost £ 64.00.

However, if you are just starting with us, you can start partway through a block and just pay from when you start. Thereafter the class blocks are always paid in full. If you have to miss one of your classes, it is usually possible to catch up in another slot, by arrangement, but only during the current block. (However, if this is not possible, this concession is to be regarded as a courtesy, not a right).
